Why Uniswap Sucks? How can we make it rock?
- Uniswap Labs behaviour
- UniswapX development and management
- Uniswap Interface fee
- Uniswap Ventures (non disclosures and more)
- Raises
- Uniswap Foundation behaviour
- Intertwined interests across Investors, Labs and Foundation
- Grants to investments from Ventures
Makes sense, the labs entity has to be profiteable in order to work out, but it needs to have another workflow in order to justify Uniswap Protocol spending on this.

Grants
Origins
UniGrants was an effort originally launched at Governance by Jesse Walden (co-founder @ Variant Fund) and Ken Ng (ex-lead of the Ecosystem Support Program @ Ethereum Foundation). The effort was funded from early 2021 until mid 2022, it ran a total of 8 waves, and was later transitioned into what we now know as the “Uniswap Foundation”.
Foundation
The Uniswap Foundation creation was proposed at Governance by Devin Walsh in August 2022
